Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Go-to-Market
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans for PA solutions in the China market.
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments in the Life Sciences and New Energy sectors.
- Assist in localizing global offerings and marketing materials for China.
- Support industry events, webinars, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
Offering Management
- Assist in managing offerings throughout their lifecycle, from launch to market expansion.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and partners to improve offerings and customer experience.
- Work with technical, sales, and delivery teams to support successful solution implementation.
- Maintain offering documentation, customer references, and success stories.
Opportunity Development
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within target industries.
- Support pipeline development through customer outreach, lead qualification, and opportunity tracking.
- Prepare customer presentations, solution materials, and business cases.
- Contribute to E4E opportunity development and market expansion initiatives.
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with partners to identify customer opportunities and develop joint go-to-market activities.
- Support partner enablement programs, trainings, and workshops.
- Work with partners to generate leads and acquire new customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support business reviews, reporting, and forecasting activities.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal stakeholders.

- 2-5 years of experience in business development, product/offering management, solution sales, marketing, consulting, or related fields.

- Good understanding of the China market and customer landscape.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and organizations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
