onsemi is seeking an experienced Sr Product Line Manager to lead Si IGBT Power Solutions in fast-growing IGBT Power Division to drive business growth in various end markets – Automotive and Industrial.  This person will oversee product strategy, cross-functional execution, and key customer relationships with major Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of industry-leading Si IGBT solutions while driving business growth and maintaining market leadership. Additionally, you will report to the High-Power Module BU lead and work with high-performance professionals who interact with leaders and executives across the enterprise. 



Responsibilities

The successful candidate will: 

  • Manage a portfolio of Traction Inverter Power products including Si IGBTs in power modules, discrete, and bare die form
  • Define strategic product roadmaps for high power semiconductor products in growing Automotive electrification and Industrial motor control segments
  • Develop new product ideas and build business cases for management approvals & execution 
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to achieve financial targets
  • Present program updates to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with strategic and key customers 
  • Research, understand, and communicate the needs and requirements for targeted market segments and customers 
  • Communicate, train, and update the sales force on strategy, products, and product roadmaps 
  • Assess market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenues and market share 
  • Organize, coordinate, and prepare technical product and application trainings for customers 
  • Lead and coordinate efforts to provide technical product collateral materials, apps notes, technical articles, etc. 
Qualifications
  • BSEE or MSEE with more than 14 years of Industry experience and a proven track record of building profitable businesses
  • Experience and familiarity with power semiconductors 
  • MBA is a plus
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and external customers
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences
