The Product Engineering Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative product solutions. This position requires expertise in drop test solutions, mechanical problem-solving, and electro-mechanical systems to ensure product reliability, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and integration of drop test solutions to evaluate and enhance product durability.
- Apply advanced mechanical solver techniques to identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Design and optimize electro-mechanical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test protocols, design specifications, and engineering reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering innovation and best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in drop test methodologies and mechanical problem-solving.
- Strong background in electro-mechanical design and integration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving technical requirements.
The annual salary range for California is $203,000 to $377,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
