Job Description:

This position is set for senior product engineer to coordinate all new product development activities, ensure timely completion of all new products’ manufacturing, testing, characterization, qualification and releasing with good consistency, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

• Co-work with functional engineering team member (TME/DE/TD/TE/RE) to make new product has good definition, risk evaluation and build comprehensive testing plan / Qual plan during new product definition/design/layout stage.
• Co-work with other Eng team member to ensure all new product can be thoroughly characterized and qualified for reliabilites and qualities.
• Can manage project schedule and forecast resource demand and allocates assigned resources to co-ordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of established objectives and tasks.
• Can Independently schedules and ensures timely completion of complex projects, or manages a complex projects by providing technical direction to less experienced engineers.
• Solve difficult problems through application of various techniques and approaches to develop effective and practical solutions that result in improved products, processes or quality .
• Provide skilled statistical data analysis and diagnosis for product characterization to ensure any places where it needs the characterization in new product development.
• Make good documentation and paper work for all data summary/record and release work during new product development.
• Co-work with product line to manage good sample/order support during new product development .
• Provide strong engineering support to other groups or customer timely.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree above in Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ related IC working experience.
• Strong background and knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process
• Strong skills for bench setup / testing, statistical data analysis and summary skills
• Good logic and experience for problem solving and project management
• Self motivated, strong ability for team work
• Good communication skills for both verbal and writing in English
• Creative and ability to solve technical problems
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment
