Job Description
Main Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
- Maintain communication between the design teams (U.S.A.) and the Juárez manufacturing site.
- Personnel administration at the technical level 
- Responsible for managing the transition of technical aspects related to the product from its introduction phase through implementation and/or release to production.
- Provide technical support to various departments during pilot runs by supplying electrical specifications for new components, electrical diagrams, etc.
- Provide the necessary technical support to manufacturing areas for existing models to maintain the quality and delivery levels required by customers.
- Act as a liaison to resolve any design-related issues affecting production lines (downtime), scrap, production volume, and/or field issues.
- Responsible for the implementation of engineering changes (ECR, ECO, and/or MCO) and ensuring their correct execution.
- Assist in failure analysis for production areas and/or rejections found during Quality Control audits.
- Provide technical support for new projects.
- Maintain direct communication with suppliers in case of discrepancies with materials used in the plant.
- Make technical recommendations to improve the manufacturing processes of each of our products.
- Design and establish control mechanisms that enable detection, analysis, and action-taking.
- Plan and manage the resources related to equipment, machinery, and tools used in the area.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- PM certification.
- Ability to analyze and identify areas of opportunity in product design and manufacturing, promoting actions that contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience working with production and design teams to suggest product modifications when abnormal situations are identified in production processes.
- Valid visa.
