Job Description

· Experience: Hands-on experience in semiconductor product engineering and new product development.

· Skills: In-depth understanding of IC and package qualification, reliability testing, qualification requirements, and global quality standards such as AEC-Q, JEDEC, and IPC.

· Knowledge: Semiconductor packaging for automotive applications, assembly processes, and OSAT/subcontractor communication and collaboration.

· Responsibilities: Interface with packaging teams, identify appropriate package and design, perform package assessments including electrical, thermal, and mechanical simulations, and design rule checks.
