Who We Are

At the birth of digital, Claravine noticed a persistent problem with data integrity. This discovery led to a unique category solution that continues to redefine how top brands and agencies manage the digital experience. We take  the drama out of data by standardizing data at the source, giving people, teams and technology a shared understanding of their data.

What We Do

Claravine is The Data Standards Company. We help brands and agencies deliver on the promise of modern marketing by standardizing taxonomies, naming conventions, and metadata across all digital experiences at the source of data creation. That’s why a quarter of the Fortune 100 use our platform, The Data Standards Cloud, to define, apply and connect standards across their ecosystem for faster decisions, greater agility, and increased ROI.

We Are Hiring

We’re seeking a Product Designer with a strong foundation in product design and a passion for innovation. You will play a key role in pushing the boundaries of user experience by combining creative problem-solving with emerging technologies to shape thoughtful, high-impact design solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can inspire others, drive design excellence, and ensure our application is both consistent and exceptional in usability and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating and managing design systems. Proficiency in Figma is essential, and familiarity with Storybook is a strong plus. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively with engineering, product management and other key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Design with clarity and consistency
    • Own and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and usability across the product
    • Lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces for our web applications
    • Use AI tools to create design briefs, generate design components, and perform validations
    • Explore and refine design solutions through user feedback, data, and critical thinking
    • Build a cohesive application experience by aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals
  • Be a champion for the user
    • Keep the customer at the center of everything we do
    • Engage regularly with users to validate ideas and uncover opportunities
    • Share insights across teams to build empathy and guide product decisions
  • Push boundaries and innovate
    • Stay on top of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies like AI
    • Experiment with new ideas and approaches to continuously improve the user experience
    • Look for opportunities to simplify, optimize, and elevate how users interact with our product
  • Partner across teams to deliver
    • Take initiative to identify problems and drive solutions independently
    • Partner closely with product and engineering to ship thoughtful, high-quality features
    • Share work early, welcome feedback, and iterate quickly
    • Help shape a culture of creativity, speed, and shared ownership

Keys to Success

  • Proven experience designing intuitive, scalable, and high-impact interfaces for enterprise-grade, customer-facing applications
  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
  • Hands-on ownership of a design system, including creation, implementation, and governance across a product or platform
  • Strong user empathy and research instincts, with experience running interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing feedback into actionable design improvements
  • Curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset, with a pulse on design trends, tools, and technologies (including AI)
  • A collaborative, self-starting approach — able to identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and work closely with product and engineering
  • Resilient, focused, and outcome-driven, with the ability to adapt and deliver in the face of ambiguity or shifting priorities
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, visual polish, and measurable product impact

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience managing a design system
  • Strong user empathy and research skills
  • Experience with usability tests and synthesizing feedback
