The Sr Product Analyst serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams, driving business requirements, operational improvements, and data-backed decisions. This role blends analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and clear communication to translate business needs into scalable, strategic solutions. Sr Product Analysts operate with growing autonomy and play a critical role in aligning business goals with product capabilities and customer value.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
● Drive stakeholder alignment by leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating consensus across teams.
● Translate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
● Conduct data-driven analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations.
● Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
● Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
● Develop visual artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, journey maps) to aid in decision-making and implementation.
● Improve product and process performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization opportunities.
● Support testing and validation by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
● Contribute to strategic planning by supporting roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation.
● Promote best practices by mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks.

● Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences.
