Job Responsibilities
As a Sr Procurement/Sourcing Specialist, you will:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that strictly align with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to determine areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sourcing initiatives and drive cost savings.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in procurement or sourcing, ideally within a global organization.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
