To be responsible for management of sourcing activities, contracting and supplier relationship for multiple categories within Professional Services/ Corporate Services for global category team. May lead the delivery of individual projects defined as part of the Annual Category Plan; to focus on project delivery with activities including requirements gathering, market analysis, qualifying & selecting suppliers with the relevant Business Partners and stakeholders, negotiation and administration of category frame contracts and project agreements. Engaged on need-to basis for non-sourcing projects such as demand management and process improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage Contracts: Create, apply, finalize, and review major contracts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and support throughout their lifecycle.
Supplier Selection: Identify and support optimal suppliers for projects and develop optimized supplier portfolios for each category.
Spend Analysis & Portfolio Tracking: Analyze category spend data and track contract expiration profiles to support strategic decisions.
Senior Leadership Collaboration: Communicate with senior leaders, including C-level executives, regarding project needs and progress.
Strategy Implementation: Oversee global category strategies locally, align sourcing plans with procurement teams, and ensure optimal approaches.
Supplier Management: Support or manage supplier relationships, purchases, and commercial conditions globally.
Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs for sub-category suppliers, evaluate performance, and report findings.
Data Collection & KPI Tracking: Gather supplier feedback from various regions and contribute to KPI tracking and savings targets.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Global company environment experience with regional or local portfolio management
Experience with managing marketing and sales category
Being able to act independently for assigned projects
Knowledge of P2P process - project, contract and tender management
Cooperation between teams and various levels, functions and vendors (vendor performance management)
Representing the organization – being able to communicate with senior leadership
Contract and price negotiation experience including Terms and Conditions negotiation
Fluent English written and spoken (C1)
Preferred: purchasing and contract system experience
