Sr Principal Software Engineer (EDA Machine Learning)

We are looking for an experienced (senior level) engineer to drive the latest innovations in GenAI/ML to improve analog design productivity.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be familiar with the basics of analog circuit design and the layout of such circuits keeping in mind things like symmetry, shielding, matching, etc.

• Should be hands-on and be comfortable with running design automation tools and scripting in Python. Software development experience is an additional plus.

• Experience with Virtuoso layout editor and circuit simulation using Spectre.

• MS degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience or a BS with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

Job Location:

The preferred location is San Jose, CA. Although, there may be some flexibility based on a candidate’s experience and ability to work on their own.

The annual salary range for California is $150,500 to $279,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
