Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst. The location of this position is Tinker AFB, OK. This position is a Property and Asset Managing member of the B-2 WSSC PHS&T team that is responsible for assisting in the shipping, receiving, processing, destruction and management of all equipment and material that comes in and out of the Tinker WSSC in support of the B-2 Stealth Bomber. This position requires a strong background in USAF technical, maintenance and logistics management processes, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player but also a strong independent contributor, shall be proactive, shall present leadership skills, shall possess good analytical skills, shall demonstrate problem solving skills, and shall be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System.
- Apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques related to Logistics disciplines to include Product Support, Maintenance/Engineering Processes and LRU repairs.
- Interpret and use engineering source and technical data to assist in the kitting of material and equipment in support of upgrade builds and other internal efforts.
- Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle.
- Maintain proper documentation to support each life-cycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations.
- Interfaces with internal functional and program organizations, and works closely with external customers.
- Working knowledge with both internal tools (i.e. SAP/S4, JIRA) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations.
- Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
- Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience; Master's degree and 3 years' experience; PhD with 1 year experience. Will consider high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of applied experience.
- Proven experience with logistics material and equipment handling, technical specifications and industry standards.
- Solid understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes and systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proven experience working with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of government aircraft‑maintenance and supply processes/systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In‑depth knowledge of B‑2 maintenance and sustainment activities.
- Prior role as a Government Equipment Specialist or Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
- Hands‑on experience with Team Center Enterprise, Engineering Logistics Management System (ELMA), and Engineering Source Data.
- Certified through the Acquisition Professional Development Program in Program Management and Acquisition Logistics.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, and AS 9102 aerospace/industry standards.
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
- Current/previous B-2 Security Clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $87,400.00 - $131,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
