A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a Sr Pricing Reporting Analyst to join our Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will focus on analysing pricing performance, addressing ad-hoc business requests, and providing data-driven insights that support decision-making at a global level.This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to deep dive into complex requests, assess business impact, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders. While familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Excel is important, the role emphasizes analysis, interpretation, and stakeholder engagement rather than deep technical development.
The role is based in Prague with up to 3 days of remote work per week.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Analyse pricing data to answer ad-hoc requests and provide deep-dive insights into business performance.
- Conduct impact analysis to evaluate pricing changes, trends, and opportunities across markets.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, define KPIs, and translate requirements into clear, actionable reporting and analysis.
- Leverage existing BI tools (Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, SQL) to extract, interpret, and present insights.
- Prepare and deliver structured reports, presentations, and data stories to stakeholders.
- Support quarterly and recurring reporting cycles by ensuring consistency and relevance of insights.
- Act as a trusted business partner, balancing analytical rigor with practical recommendations.
- Contribute to building a data-driven culture by improving data literacy and sharing best practices.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, or commercial reporting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform deep dives and impact assessments.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel; working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake preferred.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and present findings effectively.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong business acumen.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); experience working in global teams is an advantage.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration a plus.
