Sr. Pricing Analyst

Job Description Summary:

As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Rocket Software, you'll play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy and driving business impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to set pricing, resolve discrepancies, streamline processes, and provide monetization best-practices to fellow employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and updating price books, quote tools, pricing calculators, and systems to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date.
• Developing and maintaining financial and analytical models to guide pricing decisions.
• Assisting in creating a standardized pricing process across the company for greater efficiency and consistency.
• Supporting different departments with pricing-related projects, requests for proposals, and data analysis.
• Partnering with sales teams and external partners to resolve pricing questions and issues, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years of Experience in Pricing and/or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and understanding of software industry as well as pricing structures for different types of SaaS-based models a plus.
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote environment.

The base salary range for this role is $71,805.00 - $89,756.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
