What you will do
The Senior Pricing Analyst will be the subject matter expert and business process owner around contract pricing. They will develop, evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.
What you will do
- Pricing support for Specialty Markets, which is inclusive of ASC (Ambulatory Surgical Centers), Neurotechnology and MAKO.
- Support with pre-deal analysis including sales history, customer demographic, opportunity.
- Conduct pricing analysis and risk mitigation including GPO, IDN, and Government price exposure.
- Assist with coordination and communication with sales teams, Regional Managers, Key Account Executives, Strategic Sales leaders across various business units.
- Support in leading the deal through the financial review process with iterative pricing and rebate impact analysis.
- Provide customer support regarding questions around contract, pricing, invoicing, price discrepancy review and coordination.
- Track performance metrics as required and communicate with finance and ASC Regional Managers on a regular basis on performance, deal reconciliation, and address any challenges related to the deals order to cash processes.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 + years of experience
- Excel experience

- Power BI or Tableau experience
- 1+ years experience managing processes and projects
- Salesforce, Model N, SAP experience
$69,400 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
