Sr. Power Platform Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online/Server, ideally within banking or financial environments.
The role requires solid expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Hybrid environments (Legacy + Cloud), with responsibilities including solution design, architecture, process automation, data analytics, and technical leadership. Senior professional with strong hands-on experience in Power Platform, architectural vision, and the ability to transform business processes through Microsoft 365 solutions. Will be able to work closely with business stakeholders, define end-to-end solutions, and support the evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
3+ years of experience working in banking or financial services environments.
Experience with SharePoint Legacy modernization and Hybrid-to-Cloud migrations.
Experience leading technical initiatives or development teams.
Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps / Model-driven Apps).
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and process automation).
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Dashboards, KPIs).
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
SharePoint site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and governance.
Enterprise metadata management and SharePoint Search configuration.
SharePoint forms and workflows / InfoPath experience.
Integration with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Build business applications using Power Apps.
Design and optimize business process automation using Power Automate.
Develop data models, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI.
Develop and manage solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
Define technical standards, best practices, and solution architecture guidelines.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business teams.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
