The Senior Portfolio Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Manager - Portfolio Management - in managing all portfolio activities for the Truck Remarketing department, including but not limited to billing changes, lease extensions, terminations, revenue recognition. Assists in researching outstanding items for the Finance department related to Truck Remarketing transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creates asset close out transactions for all terminated assets
- Audits aging ad hoc invoice log and completes follow up to customers for past due unpaid invoices
- May create debit/credit memos as needed
- Receives all payment notices from the AR department and process; accordingly and will be primary contact for questions
- Verify with Account Manager the termination dates for all assets sold on the auction site
- Process payments for the Truck Remarketing department to investors and other third-party vendors as needed for payoff schedules, repairs and inspection fees
- Run monthly reports for credit memos not submitted, suspended units, ad hoc invoices submitted not paid and assets to close out to ensure assets are processed in a timely manner
- Other Duties
- Assist Remarketing Account Managers with sales, buyouts and early terminations when needed
- Provide back-up support to account managers when out of office. Respond to emails and phone calls that need immediate attention.
- Research outstanding credits, ad hoc invoices, lease extensions and stop/resume billing forms as requested by manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least five (5) years in a business environment, ideally financial services.
- Must possess above average computer and math skills. Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and organizational skills required. Must be extremely detail oriented and thorough in completing tasks

- Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional office environment.
- Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday; In-office 3 days
- Travel: No travel is expected for this role.

Pay Range:
$60,500-$84,700The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
