Steel Point Solutions is looking for an innovative and experienced PeopleSoft Developer who will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, components, and interfaces with the PeopleSoft software suite. This software is used to perform everyday business operations such as HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data. Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract data from the PeopleSoft database into usable reports. Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration Broker components of the software.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, components, and interfaces within the PeopleSoft software suite.
- Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract data from the PeopleSoft database into usable reports.
- Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration Broker components of the software and PeopleTools.
Required Experience
- Top Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (in lieu of degree, four (4) additional years of experience are required)
- 5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Developer working with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Application in a classified environment.
- Experience using PeopleTools in conjunction with PeopleSoft Modules: PeopleSoft HRMS (9.x, Payroll, Time and Labor. Development Tools: Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, Data Mover).
- Experience with programming languages: PeopleCode, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, HTML.
Preferred Requirements
- Certified Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect (Associate or Higher) and/or certified SAFe Agilist.
- Experience with business system integration.

The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Steel Point Solutions considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
