Job Title: Senior People Technology Analyst (Workday) - Remote

Your Mission
As a Senior People Tech Analyst, you’ll support multi-functional projects that enable our People processes through tech. We’re looking for a Workday expert who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, drive efficiency and optimization within our tech stack, and manage complex projects across the finish line.
Player Profile
Working with the Senior Manager, People Technology you will:
Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
Provide consultative guidance combining both system expertise and process knowledge to advise on configuration and ongoing support related to global Core HR processes.
Consult with functional leaders and SMEs in HR to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for HR, employees, managers and business leaders.
Support HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation and support model design.
Provide technical support for functional HR application related issues.
Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support HR Technology projects including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training and change management.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned independently.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required.
3+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM and other modules
Other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
Experience working in a live Workday production environment is essential
Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM, is key. Experience in other modules, particularly Absence and Time Tracking, is preferred.
Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.
Strong project management capability and personal organisation skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Managing union populations in WD is preferred

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $82,240.00 - $152,160.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
