About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned People Partner for our India Team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR APAC, this role will oversee all people-related initiatives and operations in our India entity while leading and managing strategies that align with our business objectives and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cultural Integration of the center including but not limited to alignment of policies, processes, systems, compensation and benefits etc.
- Advisor to employees and management with primary focus on implementation of organizational changes and rolling out and supporting GIC-driven programs including resource and talent planning, employee development, performance and reward, employee engagement.
- Advises managers on retention, employee relations and other people related solutions.
- Participate in global HR initiatives and may take the lead on designated HR projects.
- Effectively collaborate with HR colleagues globally to share best practices, resolve business issues, and implement HR programs and processes.
- Good understanding of state labor laws and other statutory compliances.
- Works to understand different stakeholder needs and partners in the development and execution of recommendations to help improve organizational deficiencies.
- Understands company policies/procedures.
- Works with employees and managers to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Identifies specific employee development needs and advises managers on solutions Implements/delivers identified solutions.
- Understands HR programs/processes; advises business unit(s) management and employees on timelines and process; tracks progress and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Responds to specific engagement challenges and advises managers on individual solutions.
- Drive engagement programs that foster culture development.
- Be the first point of contact for advice on individual employee relations issues.
- Advises managers on handling individual employee relation challenges and conflicts in line with local legislation and Cyara HR policies.
- Ensures that policies, practices, and benefits are communicated and understood on the site.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience with deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience working in a global environment managing global stakeholders with diverse culture.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align people strategies with organizational goals
- Analytical and goal oriented, demonstrate strong experience with HR metrics and market intel
- Experience in fast growth culture. Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and drive results
- Able to deliver quality results with challenging but collaborative influencing style
- Proactive in nature, ability to problem solve
