As the Sr. People Insights Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in connecting the dots between our people and business results. You go beyond the data, to ask meaningful questions about what that data means for the performance and health of our business, helping leaders to make data-informed decisions about our most valuable asset: our people.
This role can be done remotely from home, with occasional travel for team events.
What You'll Do:
This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring business orientation, tech-savvy, and strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll drive consistency and collaboration across HR, IT, and the business in regards to all aspects of people data and analytics. You thrive on building, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure needed to help leaders answer key questions about our business, priorities, and people.
You will also be a champion for data literacy across the People Team, counseling and coaching the team to build our "data muscle" so that more people across the function seek and implement data-informed solutions.
Additionally, you will partner closely with the People Leadership Team to inform data-driven workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy

Develop and execute the people analytics strategy.

Link business and talent priorities by providing insights at all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Partner with business leaders and the People team to establish a robust framework for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Provide insights into key talent metrics: Develop a set of HR and talent performance indicators to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, pinpoint issues, and forecast potential challenges or opportunities related to the workforce.

Support HR workforce planning to drive and inform people planning
Technology

Lead key initiatives: Own the design, deployment, and analysis of employee engagement surveys and other critical data related people programs.

Define and work cross functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to maintain data integrity across systems

Communicate effectively: Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Manage the People Analytics tech stack: Evaluate and optimize our tools, leveraging enterprise-wide solutions whenever possible in service of key talent strategies

Ensure data integrity: Maintain data accuracy and implement data governance practices across HR systems.

Collaborate cross functionally: Partner with members of the People and other teams to support data-informed decision-making processes.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards: Develop dashboards and reports that provide leaders with actionable insights on key people metrics.

Actively pursue the development and ongoing improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools and capabilities
What You’ll Need:
-
6+ years of progressive experience in people analytics or a related field, including experience deploying and analyzing employee engagement surveys.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics) or a related field with demonstrated quantitative skills and experience. Graduate degree in a relevant area is a plus.

Experience using modern HRIS, People Analytics, and other enterprise productivity tools (we use Workday, Visier, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace).

Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python or R.

Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, machine learning).

Experience working in a global organization.
