In this role, you will serve as the strategic HR partner to executive leadership across Central teams, including CFO,CLO, COO, CHRO, and CEO-level and serve as a champion of our culture, standards, and practices. This position reports up to the Chief People Officer.

Know where you belong. Match Group is a leading provider of dating services across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Match, Hinge, PlentyOfFish, The League, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our platforms - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL).  We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 3 days/week. If you are not based in Dallas, we will be offering relocation assistance for this position.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will serve as a thought partner to executive leadership across the central team.
  • You will design and lead scalable programs around performance management, engagement, talent development, and succession planning in collaboration with the central team and business partners.
  • You will drive change management strategies for major org shifts, restructures, or leadership transitions — ensuring clarity and continuity at every level while minimizing disruption.
  • You will lead and mentor a small team of HRBPs while also being hands-on when needed.
  •  You will act as a thought partner to the Chief People Officer and cross-functional HR leaders on people priorities and initiatives.
  •  You will analyze engagement surveys and people data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities and proactively create action plans.
  •  You will navigate employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and alignment to company values and legal guidance.
  •  You will partner closely with DEI, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to ensure HR strategies are holistic and inclusive.
  •  You will facilitate leadership offsites, talent reviews, and organizational health assessments with clarity and direction.
  •  You will develop playbooks and toolkits that empower people managers to lead with confidence and consistency.
  •  You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all HR practices align with evolving laws, regulations, and internal governance.
  • You will collaborate effectively with other functional leaders to optimize cross-functional activities and support their objectives.

We could be a match if:

  • You have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably at the Director level or above.
  • You’ve led HR strategy across complex, matrixed organizations — ideally in a holding company or multi-brand corporate structure.
  • You’ve supported corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, People, and Communications, and know how to navigate competing priorities.
  • You bring sharp program management skills — you don’t just talk strategy, you operationalize it.
  • You’ve built trust with executive leaders while also advocating for scalable, employee-first solutions.
  • You’re known for balancing business objectives with empathy, equity, and transparency.
  • You’ve successfully led teams through periods of change, ambiguity, and organizational restructuring.
  • You stay grounded in data and use it to guide decision-making, influence leaders, and measure impact.
  • You’ve successfully supported both high-growth and stabilizing teams, adjusting your HR playbook to meet each moment.
  • You’re confident navigating executive personalities, managing up, and pushing back with data and diplomacy.
  • You understand the nuances of working within a publicly traded or highly regulated company.
  • You’ve led org design conversations that resulted in measurable improvements in alignment, efficiency, or morale.

What We Do

In today’s digital world, singles are so focused on sending likes and looking through profiles that they’re not actually building meaningful connections and going on dates. Hinge is on a mission to change that by designing the most effective app experience. We want to create a less lonely world by inspiring intimate, in-person connections. Relationships are at the core of everything we do. And not just the romantic kind. We can't accomplish really hard things alone - so we make great relationships the foundation of our teamwork.

We believe these three core values are what it takes to build those great relationships: Authenticity, we share - never hide - our words, actions, and intentions. Courage, breakthroughs require a willingness to take risks and embrace lofty goals and tough challenges. Empathy, we're all humans first. So we deeply consider the perspectives of others, listen openly, and speak with care.

Why Work With Us

We're mission-driven. While most apps think about boosting sessions and time on app, we think strategically about meaningful end results (dates and relationships).

We're culture-first. We believe in great people over process. Decisions are pushed to the front lines, with feedback and coaching provided by our leaders.
