As a Sr Payroll Supervisor here at Solstice, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, implement best practices, and drive process improvements in payroll management. As a subject matter expert and supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to the payroll team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving payroll-related projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations.
In this role, you will impact Solstice by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee endtoend payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business needs and implement best practices in payroll management
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations
- Provide guidance and support to the payroll team, ensuring compliance with payrollrelated laws and regulations
- Manage payrollrelated projects and initiatives
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
