Sr Payroll Analyst

Payroll Operation:

• Prepare payroll input for submission to Payroll Vendor for monthly processing.
• Review and reconcile payroll output files to ensure accuracy of payments and reports, in alignment with company policies & procedures and in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team to ensure accurate posting of payroll entries for financial closing.
• Ensure Full & Final Settlement is completed and statement released to Leavers.
• Support Quarterly / Annual Statutory filing and Year-end payroll activities including reviewing employees’ Form 16.
• Handle employee’s query and coordinate with Payroll Vendor on Provident Fund matters, including account creation, transfers, withdrawals.
• Address employee’s query on TDS deduction.
• Support Shop & Establishment Renewal.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation, C&B, Global mobility etc to manage payroll operations, escalations, and query resolution.
• Multi-task various aspects of the position while being able to prioritize daily workload to achieve payroll team goals as well as provide quality internal and external customer service.
• Prepare and handle annual internal and external payroll audits.
• Manage external vendors to ensure adherence to agreed service levels
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Stock Administration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with Global stock admin team to report on employees’ equity grant and vesting activities as per country’s requirements.
• Manage and support payroll or employee equity related audit requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Business

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years India payroll operation working experiences
• In-depth understanding of TDS calculation, knowledge of local statutory law, Provident Fund and Statutory compliance reporting
• Detail oriented and organized in work
• Good communication (written and oral) and excel skills
• Self-motivated, work independent with minimum supervision
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
