The Senior Partner Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing a successful partner sales strategy. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partnerships with complementary technology providers, system integrators and resellers.  The role will be responsible for creating and executing joint business plans, driving pipeline growth, creating mindshare and establishing relationships with key partner executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and scaling partner ecosystems, with a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and a passion for driving revenue through channel sales.

We are looking for a Sr. Partner Manager who will:

  • Develop and Execute Partner Sales Strategies - Create comprehensive strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard partners in healthcare, retail, and finance sectors. Align these strategies with company objectives and growth targets.

  • Build and Manage Partner Relationships - Establish and nurture relationships with key partner contacts, including C-level executives and channel managers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support.

  • Collaborate on Go-To-Market Plans and Partner Enablement - Establish and nurture relationships with key partner contacts, including C-level executives and channel managers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support.

  • Track Performance and Drive Partner Success - Monitor partner performance, track partner-generated revenue and pipeline, forecast results, and adjust strategies to drive mutual success. Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Industry Engagement and Partner Program Contribution - Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners, stay informed on trends, and contribute to the development of partner programs and incentives.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or business development within the technology industry, with a focus on SaaS solutions

  • Experience with technology areas such as Customer Experience Platforms, Journey Orchestration, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Messaging, Real-time Decisioning and Personalization

  • Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals within a partner sales environment

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience growing partnerships with IBM or Microsoft

  • Proven track record of success in building and scaling successful partner ecosystems

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$115,592.71-$184,949.04

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
