- Facilitate leadership meetings, team off-sites, and cultural moments that spark connection and clarity.
- And, of course, you’ll take on other duties as needed to keep things moving forward.
- 5+ years as an HR Strategic Business Partner- partnering with senior leaders in global, fast-paced environments.
- A natural coach who knows how to grow leadership capability and navigate change with ease.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.
- Hands-on experience running cross-functional, global HR projects—juggling different cultures and time zones like a pro.
- Deep fluency in org design, performance, development, engagement, and employee relations
- Confident in analyzing and presenting people data to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace.
