Duties & Responsibilities
The Sr Ops Analyst will take on a high-impact role within an innovative organization providing its clients and consumers affordable healthcare services. Take your career to the next level by helping drive the continued delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
In this key position, you will be responsible for production operations supporting the scheduling coordination, monitoring, and maintaining variance operational processes supporting healthcare marketplace and consumer services. These processes include data management, operations workload management, and ongoing quality and performance management.
Key Expectations- What are we looking for?
“Senior Ops Analyst position: The ideal candidate will be as skilled with operations and be with a passion for building out a knowledge library, SOPs, SFTP and data ingestion, and designing operational reports. The candidate should have a strong operational background ideally with Azure and ADF experience.”
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive operational enhancements
- Empower collaborative process improvement efforts
- Develop/run reports and analyzing trends
- Establish and implement project plans
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between functional groups
- Ensure operating goals are tracked and met
- Help streamline existing projects and management processes
Consultation
- Collaborate with Product Management and Infrastructure Services to deliver operational service that scale to meet the needs of clients and consumers.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to required business operations SLA’s
- Ensure delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed; work in conjunction with project sponsors to size and manage scope and risk
- Provide support, technical solutions, and expertise and it relates to maintain an effective operating service model

Skills Required
- Strong operational background in production operations, scheduling coordination, workload management
- Experience building a knowledge library and creating SOPs
- Experience with SFTP and data ingestion processes
- Designing and running operational reports and analyzing trends
- Ability to manage by metrics and meet operational SLAs
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
