We are looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse leadership and help keep daily operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently.
Sunday – Thursday
5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
This is a full-time position. Schedule and hours may vary based on business needs.
As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative and clerical support to warehouse leadership and assist with the day-to-day coordination of department activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse leadership and department operations.
- Assist leadership with the preparation, coordination, and documentation of department meetings and daily operational activities.
- Maintain and process timekeeping information and assist with payroll-related duties to help ensure accurate employee records.
- Maintain and communicate associates' daily schedules and other staffing information.
- Track warehouse equipment and assist with equipment allocation to support daily operational needs.
- Monitor shift production information and maintain reports used by leadership to track operational performance.
- Prepare, maintain, and update routine reports, spreadsheets, records, and other department documentation.
- Collect, enter, and verify operational and employee information using company systems and standard computer applications.
- Communicate with warehouse leadership and associates regarding schedules, timekeeping, operational updates, and other department needs.
- Research and respond to routine administrative questions and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
- Support the organization and maintenance of department files and records.
- Adhere to company safety practices, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Training
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Related Experience- Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse administrative, office, clerical, or similar support role.
- Previous office or clerical experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience supporting timekeeping, payroll, scheduling, reporting, or other administrative functions is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn company systems and applications.
- Working knowledge of common office applications, including email, spreadsheets, and word-processing programs.
- Ability to accurately enter, maintain, and review employee and operational information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine problems and escalate more complex issues when appropriate.
- Ability to work effectively with leadership, associates, and other departments.
The work will primarily involve clerical and administrative responsibilities in an office and warehouse operations environment. The position may occasionally require entering warehouse areas and working around normal warehouse operations.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
