Job SummaryChurch & Dwight is seeking a Sr. Omnichannel Ecommerce Manager (Target/Kroger), to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work across numerous categories and brands like Arm & Hammer, Therabreath, Hero, Oxiclean, Batiste, Trojan and many more to drive digital growth at some of our largest omnichannel retailers.
About the RoleThe Omnichannel Ecommerce Sr. Manager will be responsible for driving digital growth for Church & Dwight at Target and Kroger by partnering with our National Account Managers, Digital Shelf Team, Retail Media Team, and Brand Marketing to drive best-in-class execution of digital fundamentals, executing strategic and efficient retail media campaigns, seamlessly launching new innovation online, preparing for and presenting in customer meetings, and serving as a digital leader to the organization.
Work Environment- Remote: This role is performed on a remote basis. Occasional attendance at in-person meetings required as business needs dictate.
You will develop and execute an informed strategy for driving sustainable ecommerce growth across key Church & Dwight retailers and delivery partners (Target, Kroger, Instacart, and DoorDash) by utilizing all available levers inclusive of:
- PDP Optimizations
- Retail Media
- Site Merchandising
- Social/Influencer
- Digital Coupons (DFSI/Ibotta)
- Ecomm Assortment Growth
- Ecomm Supply Chain Optimization
You will be the face of digital growth for your respective retailers in customer meetings by presenting on digital performance, digital brand and category insights, completed and planned digital shelf optimizations, site merch
recommendations, retail media performance/budgets/plans, as well as serve as the point person for any digital questions/follow-ups.
A typical week may include the creation and evaluation of data analytics, digital content optimization and troubleshooting, profitability modeling, supply chain and assortment optimization, retail media strategy and performance tracking, ecommerce forecasting, presenting in internal meetings, building sales decks and presenting in customer meetings.
Skills and Competencies- Strong data, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Ability to manage and lead in ambiguity, a go-getter attitude to figure things out and seeks continuous improvement
- Self-driven, curious, independent problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy
- Highly organized with proven multi-tasking, follow-up ability and project management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across various internal and external teams
- Required: Ability to build persuasive presentations and present in high level customer meetings
- Knowledge of Circana, Stackline, Profitero, Numerator, Salsify, 8451, and POL: VIQ and Kiosk (Target)
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of CPG experience in Account Management, Digital Acceleration, and/or Digital Marketing
- Preferred: Experience working with Target/Roundel, Kroger, and/or Instacart/DoorDash
- Strongly Preferred: Retail Media and Digital Shelf experience
