Project Summary
We are seeking a Sr. .NET Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications for a mission-critical government program. This role supports both new development and sustainment activities, requiring strong expertise in .NET, SQL Server, and modern web technologies. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be comfortable working in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the .NET framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
Design and implement front-end and back-end components, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new mission capabilities.
Create clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with industry best practices.
Conduct application testing, including unit, integration, and system-level validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Support database development and optimization using Microsoft SQL Server.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required For This Opportunity
Active Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of .NET full stack development experience. Will consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong experience with ASP.NET, .NET (C#), SQL Server, and MVC architectural patterns.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end development fundamentals.
Experience with REST API development and integration.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in secure, fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps automation practices.
