We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, testing, and enhancement of enterprise applications that enable key IT infrastructure capabilities. This role includes integrating third‑party components, delivering new custom functionality, improving existing .NET codebases, and automating operational workflows. The developer will work closely with lead architects to build and deploy applications that support large‑scale data processing and advanced analytics. An active Top Secret clearance is required for this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and manage .NET application development projects supporting IT infrastructure.
Programmatically integrate third‑party components into .NET applications and introduce new custom features.
Modify and optimize existing C#/ASP.NET code to improve performance, maintainability, and functionality.
Drive automation of operations and maintenance workflows using .NET, scripts, APIs, and supporting tools.
Develop and implement application solutions under the direction of lead architects using .NET technologies.
Support application features involving large‑scale data processing, analytics, or computational workloads.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and quality assurance.
Conduct milestone reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, resource estimation, and best-practice knowledge transfer.
Active Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of full stack .NET software development experience. 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong proficiency with ASP.NET / .NET (C#), RESTful APIs, and MVC design patterns.
Experience with SQL Server development, including stored procedures, views, performance tuning, and data integration.
Hands‑on experience modifying existing .NET codebases and integrating external libraries, components, or APIs.
Strong understanding of front‑end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Proven experience with SDLC processes, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and QA.
Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience participating in architecture sessions and working under lead software architects.
Familiarity with resource estimation, technical milestone reviews, and development best practices.
Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge transfer and team improvement.
Experience with modern .NET Core, containerization, or CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
