We are expanding our Global Software Engineering presence in India and are looking for a Sr MTS QA to join our performance and scale test team in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:
- Performance Testing: Assist in designing, developing, and executing performance and scalability tests for network products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Utilize Open-Source Tools: Use tools such as iperf/ethr to measure and optimize network performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot Network Issues: Collaborate with teams to assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering and QA teams to implement improvements in network performance based on test results.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed testing documentation and reports to track results and progress.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: 4+ years of experience in networking and QA, with knowledge of protocols such as BGP and cloud networking
- Cloud Platform Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Linux Experience: Good experience working in Linux environments and using command-line utilities.
- Performance Testing Tools: Familiarity with network performance testing tools like iperf.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell for automation and testing purposes.
