As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating motion graphics that enhance storytelling and elevate brand communication across various marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, User Acquisition, Product Managers, and Game Teams, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality videos that resonate with audiences and drive engagement for our games.


  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and UA leadership to translate artistic visions into impactful motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
  • Create visually stunning User Acquisition creatives and marketing assets tailored to different games, ensuring they are on-brand and engaging.
  • Conduct thorough research, gather references, and analyze competitors' strategies to inform creative decisions.
  • Champion the visual style of the games, sharing knowledge with the team to ensure alignment with the overall vision and direction.
  • Work closely with 3D and 2D artists and animator specialists to produce high-quality motion graphics, addressing visual challenges during production.
  • Contribute to conceptualizing and storyboarding ideas for motion design projects in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Provide creative input and support during brainstorming sessions, leveraging expertise in visual storytelling and animation techniques.
  • Ensure all videos adhere to technical specifications and are optimized for performance across various platforms.
  • Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior artists, fostering team growth and studio capability.
  • Stay updated on design trends, animation tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and innovation of motion design projects.

  • Proven track record in motion graphics design demonstrated through a strong portfolio of diverse and creative projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard animation software.
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring less senior motion artists, showcasing leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and design aesthetics, with keen attention to detail and creative instincts.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, facilitating seamless teamwork across different departments.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation and Unity is advantageous, although not essential.
