Machine Learning Engineer - Gen AI
Loaction - Mumbai/Pune
Role & Responsibilities:
● Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore team of big-data engineers and machine learning engineers to build, test, and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on the client’s success criteria.
● Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact.
● Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.
● Working hands-on with the delivery teams in building solutions in the healthcare domain (Provider, Payer, and Pharma)
● Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure seamless communication and delivery cadence.Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification
● Serve as a mentor or guide for junior resources/freshers.
● Lead the technical discussion with the clients regarding updates/risks/blockers, etc. Fluent in communication.
Skills expectation:
● Must have:
o Hands-on experience in developing and deploying models in computer vision or NLP or both
Experience or exposure to LLMs, Gen AI/ prompt engineering (RAG architecture)
o Work with MLOps frameworks and tools to train and interpret the ML models for business stakeholders.
o Knowledge of Cloud-environments like GCP/AWS and ML frameworks like
TensorFlow/PyTorch etc
o Ability to think creatively and work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
o Critical eye for the quality of data and a strong desire to get it right.
o A pleasantly forceful personality and charismatic communication style.
o Someone who will raise the average effectiveness of the team. In short, we are looking for a “Difference Maker”.
o Experience and understanding of ML Ops
● Leadership qualities
o Ability to lead technical teams and provide them mentorship/support to accelerate
performance.
o Experience in leading multiple large projects as well as a deep understanding of Agile
developments
o Effective communication with all the stakeholders involved.
o Communicate clearly about complex subjects and technical plans with technical and non-
technical audiences.
● Good to have:
o Basic hands-on experience working on healthcare-related projects like medical imaging
would be a desired skill
o Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development methodologies
