Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for marketing strategy development and execution plans for APD (自动腹膜透析) to achieve business objectives
• Market intelligence and sales data analysis and reporting, proactively collect and analyze market information and key stake holders’ insight to develop customer centric marketing plan
• Work closely with internal teams like sales, commercial, MA, etc. developing brand differentiation plans and adjust marketing plan according to competitions in order to maintain brand market share
• Excellent project planning and management skills, capable of driving complex projects to efficient delivery
• Be responsible for product portfolio management (PD solutions and APD /device consumables)
• Be innovative on therapy and product promotion to drive for higher PD penetration and brand loyalty

Requirements:

Master degree, major in clinical medicine is preferred Above 8 years working experience in multinational company, and at least 5 years’ individual brand management experience; Result driven Good in interpersonal skill and communication;
