The Senior Manager Market Access will provide end-to-end management of the HTA submissions (with HEOR), price implementation, price negotiation, tender strategy and submission in Benelux & Nordic Markets. Ensuring timely alignment on strategy with affiliate and global teams.
This role will report into the regional Director Market Access, and will coordinate cross-functional input into the submission strategy. They will do so, in conjunction with the HEOR, medical and brand teams at an affiliate level and with market access and pricing at a global level.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
- Collaborating in the preparation of dossiers and ensuring robust and timely submissions to HTA bodies in the relevant regional countries
- Developing a market access and pricing strategies the with the collaboration of the Affiliate Commercial team
- Effectively identifying and communicating payer needs to global/local Market Access (for real-world evidence), HEOR and/or Medical Affairs functions
- Supporting the development and implementation of pricing strategies in relevant Benelux & Nordic markets
- Supervising performance to target in execution of Market Access Plans developing and maintaining critical metrics, dashboards, upward reporting tools
- Providing input to new indication or new product launches, assessing potential and payer value story, regulatory and label considerations

Are familiar and have delivered HTA submissions in any of the Benelux or Nordic market. We are looking for someone who has experienced Market Access from within a global Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology setting, and ideally, has a good understanding of the Oncology/ Hematology Therapeutic space. But most importantly, we need someone who possess a positive, proactive approach to drive projects/tasks to completion
To be considered for this role you must hold a BA/BS degree in a scientific subject area or related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, and experience with complaint handling practices. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
