Basic Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Controller to join our leadership team in Lucerne, Switzerland. Reporting directly to the CFO of Pratt & Whitney International Operations, this role has a strong focus on technical accounting, statutory and regulatory compliance, and financial controls across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting expertise combined with the ability to lead and operate in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure accuracy of US GAAP financial reporting for multiple legal entities
- Manage statutory financial reporting/audits in Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands
- Direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring completeness and timeliness
- Drive treasury, budgeting, and cash management activities
- Collaborate with FP&A and corporate teams to align reporting and planning
- Provide guidance on accounting treatments, policy compliance, and process improvement

Experience working with diverse teams; comfortable working across all levels of an organization; strong contributor with creative approach to problem solving; able to build solid working relationships; excellent technical skills and business astuteness.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years related work experience
- Strong expertise of IFRS/US GAAP, Swiss CPA a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English required, other languages are an asset
- Strong command of SAP and experience implementing finance systems or modules
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Prior work experience in the aerospace industry is an asset

This position is based in Lucerne, Switzerland. Candidate must have proper work authorization. Occasional travel may be required.
