Position Summary
We are seeking to hire a Senior Product Manager for the Provider Core Platform Team at Signify Health (a CVS Company). You will bring high-agency, systems-thinking, and an execution-driven mindset to the role. You are someone who can lead through ambiguity and drive cross-team adoption and org-wide impact.
This is a technical leadership role for a systems-thinker who views internal stream-aligned engineering teams as their primary customers and APIs as their primary product.
If you are passionate about improving healthcare through technology, love solving complex problems, and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive Product strategy, roadmaps and priorities and elevate product management practices across your domain
Partner effectively with other technical, product and operations teams to deliver the right outcomes, balanced with the right priorities.
Engage deeply with engineering teams on API design, system integrations, technical requirements and architecture.
Advocate for the work of your team and clearly communicate our vision and impact at all levels across the organization.
Leverage AI to work smarter and find real world applications for how AI can augment your own efficiency and creativity
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Product manager in a technical domain.
Platform-as-a-Product Mindset: Experience owning a platform with a focus on User Adoption, SLAs, and Developer Experience (DevEx).
Systems Architecture & Design: Ability to interpret system maps and model diagrams; must be comfortable discussing APIs, system design, and integrations directly with engineering, product and operational teams.
Data & API Literacy: Deep understanding of API versioning, risk management, and "contract-first" development to ensure internal autonomy.
Complex Problem Solving: Ability to distill vague, messy technical abstractions into crisp, actionable requirements and roadmaps.
Strong Documentation: Excellent written communication with a track record of developing strong PRDs, Team Charters, Product Strategies, Product Roadmaps and Product metrics that bring clarity and deliver impact.
Metric-Driven Management: Experience defining and monitoring system level and product metrics and translating them into ROI for executive leadership.
Strategic Prioritization: Ability to ruthlessly prioritize technical debt and platform level investments against near-term business deliverables.
Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to align disparate engineering teams on shared interfaces and domain boundaries without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
Self-Service Advocate: A passion for reducing friction through "no tickets needed" self-service designs and automated enablement.
Governance & Compliance: Experience partnering with security, legal, engineering and operations to codify data ownership and enforce domain boundaries to prevent duplication.
