Manage and provide direction to a team of clinical specialists, as a subject matter expert, responsible for delivering company product training and/or support to customers and employees.* Participate in the resolution of customer needs and concerns while defining and developing an ongoing customer relationship. * Ensure program(s) meets company and customer objectives. * Maintain communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training and/or support programs. * Analyze operational processes, escalation procedures and perform needs assessments for identifying opportunities for improvements and value add to the customer. * Proactively implement strategies and respond appropriately to ongoing changes in demand. * Provides strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of clinical training and/or support to clients/customers in order to provide the highest level of service, maximize customer satisfaction and achieve financial objectives. * Reports new or recurring problems to design departments. * Ensures team is properly trained when old products are upgraded or new products are released. * Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
