Leadership & Talent Development: Leads and develops Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and NPI teams, strengthening technical and behavioral competencies aligned with MRR and HR standards while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Manufacturing & Operational Excellence: Drives plant-wide continuous improvement through Kaizen, OEE, RTY, uptime, and lean initiatives. Manages capacity, plant layout, and process optimization aligned with AOP and SIOP to meet customer demand and growth projections.
Quality & Customer Management: Owns Internal and Customer Quality processes, including Incoming Inspection, Metrology, and Customer Scorecards.
