About this role:
Our Corporate Marketing team designs marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner’s insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission-critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.
We’re looking for a B2B Marketer to support the execution of lead generation campaigns and sales enablement for Gartner’s Marketing Practice with a specific focus on generating leads for the CMO role. They will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and work closely with a team of geographically dispersed marketing teams. This team’s impact is measured on increasing SQLs & revenue sourced from marketing leads along with overall effectiveness in collaborating with Sales, Research, Product, Marketing COEs and other relevant functions.
What you’ll do:
- Sales Enablement: Write sales outreach templates/cadences and create marketing collateral to improve sales teams’ ability to authentically engage with target audience segments.
- Sales-Marketing Partnership: Partner with SDR team to educate on marketing campaigns, best practices on lead follow-up/management and to collect feedback to implement in marketing planning.
- Campaign Support: Partner with Sr. Manager and VP on executing overall campaign strategy by repackaging thought leadership into marketing assets, writing promotion copy, partnering with creative team & Research leaders, and owning marketing channel promotion execution.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage our own-social channels and create social media images, gifs, sliders with creative team, write post copy, and schedule/deploy posts.
- Email Marketing: Manage our email marketing strategy & calendar, write email content, create campaign tracking and partner with our email deployment team.
- SEO: Write and optimize public website content that ranks for primary keywords that CMOs are searching for, optimized for AI search.
- Website Content Optimization: Continuously evaluate lead generation page performance and optimize content to improve conversion rates to form fills.
- Paid Digital Marketing: Support optimization efforts for paid campaigns such as LinkedIn advertising and third-party content syndication vendors.
- Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Review marketing performance using metrics and analytics, making recommendations and adapting marketing plans to incorporate best practices.
- Lead Management: Identify issues with lead flow and pipeline progression to propose solutions to improve lead generation impact.
- Marketing COE Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing partners (Centers of Excellence) across the larger marketing organization to execute on all the above.
What you’ll need:
- BS/BA degree or MBA degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment ideally with experience in a service or solutions-oriented businesses or technology.
- Proven experience supporting the development of successful integrated marketing or demand generation programs.
- Project management, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- An entrepreneurial orientation with the ability to apply creative approaches to marketing innovative products.
- Strong analytical and communications skills.
- This individual must be adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, and perceptive and be able to execute a well-developed plan.
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Eloqua, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Salesforce, SalesLoft, PowerBI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Adobe Experience Manager is preferred but not required

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
