As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our outcomes from demand generation activities through process improvement, opportunity discovery, and technology implementation. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, with a strong dotted line to the SVP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing and sales functions.

  • Lead the end-to-end lead management process, from capture to distribution, ensuring both quantity and quality of marketing-generated pipeline.

  • Identify and address gaps in the lead funnel process using data and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Design and implement a lead-scoring approach, monitor the entire funnel, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Analyze revenue-generating activities, leveraging data to improve processes and decision-making.

  • Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and ROI, driving informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue goals.

  • Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, partnering on strategy, implementation, and documentation.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive change management for the GTM team on Sales Processes/Methodology/Playbooks.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing technology stack, managing system configurations, integrations, and user training.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of marketing and revenue operations experience in a B2B software company.

  • Strong proficiency in marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Marketo, and ZoomInfo.

  • Marketo certification preferred (not required); familiarity with ABM a plus.

  • Proven analytical skills with a focus on driving insights and decision-making.

  • Experience in process optimization and automation, with a demonstrated ability to drive results.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Organized, self-driven individual with a track record of delivering measurable impact on marketing and sales performance.
