The RoleAspenTech is seeking a highly specialized Sr Marketing Operations Analyst to be the primary execution engine for our High Velocity Sales (HVS) group. This role focuses heavily on email campaign deployment and marketing automation upkeep, ensuring speed and data integrity for this important business unit. The successful candidate will be the technical execution bridge, working in close collaboration with both the HVS and Demand Generation teams to translate program requirements into flawless results.

Your Impact
  • Email Campaign Execution: Build and deploy all high-volume email campaigns and automated assets (including forms, landing pages, and segments) in Eloqua that support the HVS and New Logo sales organizations.
  • Lead Data Integrity: Manage the secure and accurate import of external lead lists into Eloqua and Salesforce.com, ensuring proper list hygiene, data field mapping, and adherence to global data privacy standards.
  • HVS Program Execution Support: Provide dedicated execution support for all HVS programs, handling the technical setup and deployment of assets and ensuring system functionality aligns with the program objectives established by the HVS and Demand Generation teams.
  • Critical Backup Execution: Serve as the designated backup resource for all general marketing operations program execution, ensuring business continuity for core global campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous technical testing and QA on all campaign assets, emails, and data imports to ensure functionality, deliverability, and data accuracy before deployment.
  • Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to defined workflows, project timelines, and technical standards for campaign deployment and lead data handling.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience in B2B campaign execution or marketing operations.
  • 4–6 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience working in a major Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), preferably Eloqua (Eloqua Masters a significant plus).
  • Strong expertise in executing high-volume email campaigns and managing list segmentation and lead imports securely and compliantly.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com (CRM), specifically in reporting, list management, and the lead/contact structure.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting is required.
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to accurately manage execution timelines, dependencies, and multiple high-priority build tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate execution details and timelines to both technical and non-technical partners (HVS and Demand Gen).
  • Ability to quickly understand and execute against established process documentation and system requirements within the Marketing/Sales cycle.
