Summary:
In this role, you will translate marketing strategy into integrated client lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention, renewal, expansion, and long-term value. You will apply account-based marketing (ABM) principles across client segments and lifecycle stages, partnering with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, Product Delivery, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver personalized, measurable experiences. You will leverage client insights, marketing technology, content, and multiple engagement channels to strengthen adoption, demonstrate value, and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute client lifecycle campaign strategies across 1: many, 1:few, and 1:1 account-based marketing motions.
Manage end-to-end integrated campaign execution, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, brand standards, and quality expectations.
Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify priority client accounts and segments and align engagement strategies with retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
Develop and optimize targeted content and assets based on client needs, stakeholder roles, product adoption, and lifecycle stages.
Create client case studies that demonstrate measurable outcomes and value to support campaigns, sales enablement, and marketing collateral.
Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute campaigns, track client engagement, and optimize performance based on data and insights.
Coordinate campaign timelines, asset production, creative delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to support effective execution.
Analyze and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights across engagement, product adoption, renewal influence, expansion pipeline, and retention metrics.
Manage email and client communication channels, including lifecycle nurture streams, onboarding journeys, and retention and expansion campaigns.
Support client-facing programs, including webinars, events, and sales enablement initiatives, while ensuring consistent, high-quality brand experience.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in B2B marketing, including client lifecycle, retention, or account-based marketing.
Healthcare or complex B2B marketing experience preferred.
Knowledge of B2B client lifecycle strategies and approaches that support engagement, retention, renewal, and expansion.
Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute and measure campaigns.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content development and storytelling capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign and client performance data into actionable insights.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
