What You'll Do
- Marketing Expertise & Strategic Planning
- Take full ownership of all marketing activities for the South Korean market from performance marketing to influencer campaigns and brand activation.
- Build and lead the monthly and quarterly marketing plan, ensuring clear priorities and alignment with business goals.
- Define and manage Marketing OKRs to track progress and improve team accountability.
- Drive execution of multi-channel marketing strategies (performance, IM, brand, Ad-hoc), ensuring a consistent and customer-centric narrative across all touchpoints.
- Continuously improve funnel performance by identifying and removing drop-off points in the marketing pipeline.
- Performance Marketing & Data Analysis
- Manage full-funnel digital marketing across Meta, Google, Naver, and YouTube, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS, CTR, CVR, and total sales.
- Design and run high-impact tests on messages, creative formats, landing flows, and audience segments and funnel stages (TOF/MOF/BOF)to validate campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data using Tableau, Looker Studio, GA4, and in-platform dashboards to generate actionable insights and scale what works.
- Influencer & Content Marketing
- Lead Korea’s Influencer Marketing strategy: oversee recruitment, briefing, content review, and performance.
- Integrate influencer content into paid performance ads and marketing funnels to drive both awareness and conversion.
- Develop IM programs with measurable CAC and retention KPIs, ensuring alignment with promotional calendars and sales objectives
- Own UGC activation from scenario-based content planning to licensing and repurposing across marketing channels.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with APAC and global teams (Brand, Product, Performance, CRM, Ops) to align on messaging, asset use, and media plans.
- Provide marketing inputs to channel owners (e.g., D2C, marketplace) based on campaign performance and customer insights.
- Manage agencies and freelancers effectively with clear briefing, output-based tracking, and timeline discipline.
Who We're Looking For
- You have 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, D2C growth and performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce brand.
- You have a track record of driving real performance improvement, including increased ROAS, reduced CAC, or revenue growth through digital channels.
- You’re highly analytical and data-driven. You make decisions using KPIs, various data, and cost-efficiency metrics.
- You’re proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Naver Ads, and ideally experienced with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- You’re comfortable with campaign planning, creative iteration, and working across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- You’re fluent in Korean (native) and English (both written and verbal).
- You are proactive, organized, and focused on impact - someone who thrives in autonomy while driving execution.
