We are currently searching for a Sr MARTECH Automation Specialist:

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders in revenue operations, growth marketing, sales development and customer marketing to design and maintain a highly effective marketing operations technology stack and vision.
  • Drive MOps performance and promote best practices in the use of technology investments, including marketing automation and CMS (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), sales acceleration and communication (Outreach), lead workflow management (Lean Data), account and contact sourcing (ZoomInfo and Cognism) and ABM (6sense), as well as related integrations.
  • Manage and optimize the Martech stack, including CRM data maintenance (HubSpot, Salesforce), support with CDP platforms, and evaluation/integration of new Martech tools using API connections.
  • Support marketing automation and campaign execution, assisting in the design, validation, and maintenance of automated marketing flows and setting up and monitoring email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting, generating performance reports, validating tagging and tracking implementation, interpreting site audit data, and monitoring KPIs and ROI.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance, maintaining a clean, accurate marketing database while applying data privacy and quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, SEO, Web Design, Sales, Creative, IT) to identify technological needs and implement Martech solutions.
  • Manage projects using Agile methodologies, leveraging tools such as ASANA to ensure efficient execution and adaptability in Martech implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing digital or a related field.
  • Around 4 yrs experience in Data Analyst
  • Around 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing agencies or consulting firms, particularly in support or coordination roles.
  • Facilitating marketing activities,
  • Training and supporting marketing staff,
  • Budgeting for, selecting, implementing and administering marketing software,
  • Architecting the marketing software “stack”, and,
  • Making data accessible and useful to marketing colleagues and others, e.g. sales and customer service.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot and Salesforce), data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), BI Reporter, and project management using ASANA under Agile methodologies.

Languages:

  • Native or fluent Spanish.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (written and verbal).

  • Hybrid work model. Remote work with occasional on-site meetings.

Requirements

+3 years of professional experience: in digital marketing agencies or consulting firms, particularly in support or coordination roles.

CRM Expertise: Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, including management, configuration, and integration.

Data Analytics: Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Project Management: Hands-on experience with project management using Asana and Agile methodologies.

Web Development & Tools: Familiarity with basic web development languages (HTML, CSS) and experience with SEO-related tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.

Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English (written and verbal) is required to work with international teams.

Location: The position is located in Mexico City.
