The role of the Marketing Analyst will execute and implement the marketing strategies of the portfolio in Mexico and CCA, which will contribute to the fulfillment of the sales objective of embecta Mexico. This role will participate in continuing education programs for users, congresses, distributor and sales force training, as well as programs related to Digital Marketing. This role will follow-up on the pricing strategy, communicate product value messages, support and continuously work with the sales force to realize business opportunities, as well as support in indirect sales accounts and administrative work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and executes digital marketing campaigns, including follow-up and help with Webinar platforms and back office administrative tasks.
  • Perform analysis of KPIs for the campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing and management suppliers on purchase orders as well as the administration of payments through the assigned system.
  • Participate in field visits, congresses, and events.
  • Follow up on contracts (dates, renew) making sure vendors have up to date contracts.
  • Support and have direct contact with indirect customers, maintaining sensitivity to the needs of the market, as well as maintaining relationships with Health Professionals or KOLs.
  • Carry out strategies that support the achievement of the sales objective. 
  • Develop the content of promotional materials (brochures, literature, leaflets) as well as digital materials.
  • Coordinates the delivery of final materials with the design agency and teams such as: sales and education professionals.
  • Provide the internal and external sales force and educators with the necessary tools with information from IQVIA and Sell Out reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing digital campaigns.
  • Must speak, read and write fluently in English.
  • Must have prior hands-on experience in Excel as we will provide a competency test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare market in Mexico
