Sr Marketing Analyst Lead

We are seeking a strategic and technical leader to drive the future of our digital member experience. As the Senior Marketing Analyst Lead, you will supervise a team of analysts and technologists responsible for orchestrating personalized customer journeys using Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.

You will move beyond simple reporting to true activation—using data to convert casual site visitors into loyal members and driving cross-line-of-business growth across Insurance, Membership, Travel, Discounts/Rewards, and Financial Services. You will bridge the gap between technical data execution and high-level marketing strategy, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the perfect time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of marketing analysts and personalization specialists.

  • Define the roadmap and strategy for our personalization program, prioritizing high-impact tests and audience activations.

  • Manage project workflows, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure campaigns are launched error-free and on schedule.

  • Foster a culture of "test and learn," guiding the team in hypothesis generation, experimental design, and statistical validation.

2. Platform Operations (Adobe Real-Time CDP & Target)

  • Audience Orchestration: Lead the strategy for Adobe Real-Time CDP. Define and build high-value audience segments (e.g., "High-Intent Auto Insurance Leads" or "Travel Enthusiasts") for activation across web, email, and paid media.

  • Personalization & Testing: Oversee the execution of A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.

  • Journey Management: Design automated triggers and personalized experiences that nurture customers from awareness to conversion (e.g., converting a roadside-only user into a multi-product insurance holder).

3. Business Growth & Optimization

  • Acquisition & Conversion: Drive specific strategies to convert non-members into members through targeted offers and streamlined digital pathways.

  • Cross-Sell/Up-Sell: Utilize predictive modeling and behavioral data to lift sales across all business lines (Insurance, Travel, Credit Card, Discounts).

  • Revenue Impact: Partner with product owners to identify underperforming funnels and implement data-driven optimizations to increase revenue per visitor (RPV).

4. Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage Adobe Analytics to uncover deep user insights. Move beyond "what happened" to "why it happened" and "what we should do next."

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business narratives for executive leadership.

  • Ensure data integrity across platforms, working with IT to validate data feeds and event tagging (Web SDK).

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or data analytics.

  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a team, with a proven track record of mentoring staff and managing complex projects.

Technical Skills (Required)

  • Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud stack:

Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP): Experience building schemas, segments, and destinations.

  • Adobe Target: Experience running A/B tests, XT (Experience Targeting), and using Automated Personalization (AP) / Auto-Target.

  • Adobe Analytics: Proficient in Analysis Workspace, segmentation, and calculated metrics.

  • Strong understanding of digital data layers, tagging, and identity management.

Business Acumen

  • Proven success in driving sales lift and conversion rate optimization (CRO) in a multi-product environment (e.g., Insurance, Retail, Travel, or Subscription Services).

  • Experience with Membership/Subscription models is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to translate technical constraints into business opportunities for stakeholders.
