Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in manufacturing engineering
  • Oversee and manage the manufacturing engineering activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
