Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager with Workday Change Management Consulting experience within the higher ed and government sectors to lead clients through Workday implementation and optimization, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing ROI.

This individual contributor role will play a key part in shaping the growth of ERPA’s Workday practice, demonstrating creativity, strategic vision, and a strong drive to establish ERPA as the preferred Workday partner.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive change management efforts encompassing pre-sales, solution design, proposal development.

Design customized change management strategies and plans for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring seamless transitions while maximizing user acceptance.

Lead discussions with clients, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, commitment, and shared understanding throughout the Workday deployment process.

Analyze the effects of transitioning to Workday, identifying specific areas that may require focused interventions or adjustments, such as configurations or processes, to optimize change management outcomes.

Create and implement clear, consistent communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with Workday-related changes, ensuring the messaging resonates across all levels of the organization.

Conduct in-depth assessments to determine the training needs of different user groups and design customized training materials, such as guides, presentations, and online courses, to meet these needs.

Facilitate hands-on training sessions to empower users with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate and leverage Workday effectively, boosting confidence and competence.

Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to monitor the progress of Workday adoption and usage, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance user engagement and system effectiveness.

Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at refining change management practices, improving training resources, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the overall Workday implementation process.
Experience and Education Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in change management, training, and communications, including at least 5 years of Workday experience leading the development and delivery of medium and large-scale programs

A minimum of 2 years of experience leading Workday change management programs in the higher education and/or government sectors is required.

Knowledge of change management methodologies required. PROSCI or CCMP certification preferred

Knowledge of Workday modules required

Previous experience conductive evaluations to determine training needs and creating customized training materials, such as guides, presentations, and online courses

Previous experience facilitating hands-on training sessions with Workday users

Strong communication, customer service and collaboration skills

Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
